At the beginning of our home search we found ourselves driving around to numerous open houses. We finally came upon one home that from the curb was everything we were looking for. As soon as we walked into the home we knew this was the house that we wanted, however our enthusiasm for this home diminished immediately following our initial conversation with the other agent who was holding the open house. Unbelievably, we found that listing agent uninterested in us, and unresponsive to our questions. We truly felt as if we were unwanted.

Disappointed in our experience we left the open house and returned home. Dismayed by the experience a friend of ours recommended we call Maria with DEEB Realty. Shortly after our initial conversation with Maria, not only did we get our needs and concerns addressed but soon after we found ourselves in tough negotiation with the seller of the home. As we got to know Maria better we learned that because of the fantastic training DEEB Realty offers to their agents, she was able to put her skills to work during our negotiation period. Eventually our offer was accepted, and with the flexibility that DEEB Realty offers their agents Maria was able to assist in getting all of our closing cost paid without charging us any junk fees. Maria kept us informed along the way, and we closed a few weeks later.

Maria did a fantastic job representing us, she was very sensitive to our needs, and made fantastic recommendations for home inspectors and loan officers. Maria kept us informed with each step of the process and truly represented us and our interest. I truly believe Maria is an outstanding REALTOR and had we not by chance been introduced to her we would never had found our perfect house.
